    DAC Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize our 11-person team of Fabrication and Assembly Technicians in Swedesboro, NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving efficiency, building strong teams, and manufacturing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team.
    • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
    • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
    • Act as a technical resource for product production.
    • Ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
    • Streamline operations and improve efficiency through process improvement.
    • Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
    • 5+ years of Fabrication and Assembly leadership experience.
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, drawings, and technologies:
    • -----CNC/manual machining, welding, assembly, and finishing.
    • -----Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
    • -----Experience with modern manufacturing methods such as Lean Manufacturing,
    • -----Six Sigma, Quality, and/or ISO.
    • Experience with manufacturing systems such as production planning, inventory, and ERP systems.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
