Responsibilities
Hands-on leader who will deliver a high-quality product produced cost-effectively, efficiently, and on time.

• Manage the plant’s daily operations and employees
• Directly supervise the Engineering Dept, Shop Foreman, and Inventory dept
• Ensure all materials are ordered in a timely manner and proper inventory
• Ensure jobs are manufactured minimum 3 days before install
• Conduct daily quality control checks of completed jobs, and enforce standards.
• Coordinate closely with Installation and Sales Manager
• Schedule production and installation schedules to meet deadlines.
• Understand company product lines, equipment, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Interact with sales staff to review designs as defined by the owner.
• Ensure factory equipment is regularly maintained and minimum downtime.
• Produce daily cut lists.
• Forecast production requirements and maintain necessary inventory levels.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience with hiring responsibilities
• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields (32mm systems a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Cabinet Vision design software or another similiar software
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong Leadership ability
• Prior Military experience a plus.
