Production Manager

Salary Up to $100,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Kentucky

We’re recruiting an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and keep labor and material costs on budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and keeping production running efficiently.

As the Production Manager, you’ll focus on the following:

  • Lead production activities, schedules, personnel, and develop weekly production plans
  • Monitor labor, materials, maintenance, and production costs
  • Work closely with Sales and Engineering to coordinate production and shipping schedules
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate production employees and participate in hiring.
  • Ensure work instructions, engineering practices, safety & quality standards are followed.
  • Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement as you drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Quality to ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and support equipment reliability.
  • Use MRP systems to support production scheduling and material requirements.
  • Support production budgets, purchasing, and resource planning.

As the Production Manager, you’ll need these minimum qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of machinery and equipment, with proven leadership experience in HVAC/Fan manufacturing.
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint-reading skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with MRP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
