Description
Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with milling and tuning machines, and familiarity with production processes including set-up, programming, quality control, floor management, and quoting. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and lead a team of 50+ employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide hands-on guidance on milling and tuning operations.
- Oversee setup, programming, and quality assurance processes.
- Assist with quoting and other operational tasks as required.
- Report directly to the CEO and support strategic production goals. Requirements:
- 10–15 years of industry experience, preferably in manufacturing or machining.
- Practical experience with milling and tuning machines.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and floor management.
- Ability to manage a large team and drive results with a strong, assertive personality.
- Flexible and willing to handle varied tasks as needed.
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
