We are looking for a Production Manager. This position will be based in Grand Prairie, TX.
The Production Manager is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution of the production plan. This role provides hands-on leadership to the production organization, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. You will help drive operational excellence within a rapidly growing manufacturing facility by developing teams, improving production performance, supporting culture transformation, and leveraging data-driven decision making to achieve business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with the following:
Leading manufacturing, production, or operations teams within an assembly-based or industrial manufacturing environment.
Driving production performance, schedule attainment, labor utilization, capacity management, and operational efficiency.
Leading, coaching, and developing supervisors and manufacturing teams while promoting accountability and team performance.
Applying continuous improvement, structured problem solving, and operational excellence methodologies to improve business results.
Analyzing production KPIs and operational data to support decision making and drive measurable improvements.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and Operations organizations.
Ability to work onsite, first shift starting at 7am in Grand Prairie, TX within a manufacturing environment.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The pay range for this position is $111,282 - $150,144 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
