Production Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Production Manager to lead our installation and warehouse operations. This role is critical to delivering high-quality installations, maintaining safety and efficiency standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

 

In this role, you will serve as the primary leader for our Installation and Warehouse teams, reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager. You will play a key role in overseeing the full project lifecycle—from post-sale coordination through final accounting—while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction will be essential. You’ll coach your teams to maintain an NPS of 85% or higher, analyze Medallia feedback, and proactively address opportunities for improvement. You’ll also be hands-on with interviewing, onboarding, and training new installers and service personnel.
