Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician III

Location: Waukesha, WI 53188

Duration: Temp to Perm

Pay: $25-$33/hr (W-2)

Shift: AWS Days, 6 AM - 6 PM

Overview:

Seeking a technician to perform preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment. Work involves production systems such as pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machines, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems. Requires strong electrical/mechanical problem-solving and effective communication. Responsible for safety compliance and identifying potential equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and maintain safe work environment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality checks
• Read/interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals
• Operate production tools/machines
• Maintain accurate maintenance and production records

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to diagnose equipment (pumps, bearings, blowers, gearboxes, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 30+ ft, lifts/scissor lifts)

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass drug screen and background check
• No U.S. work sponsorship provided
• Flexible for shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Climb ladders/stairs; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching
• Extensive walking during shifts

Preferred:

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience

Other Requirements:

• Use PPE (steel-toe shoes, gloves, hard hat, etc.)
• Ability to handle job-related stress and maintain performance
