Production Machine Operator

Location: Painesville area
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First or Second Shift
2nd shift comes with a $2.00 shift premium

We are seeking dependable Production Machine Operators to operate manufacturing equipment used to produce electronic connectors and cable assemblies. Responsibilities include machine operation, part inspection, quality checks, and occasional assembly work.

Available Shifts

• First Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Second Shift: 3:15 PM–11:45 PM
• Overtime available based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses, injection molding machines, and cutting equipment.
• Prepare materials and follow work instructions.
• Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Perform assembly tasks as needed.
• Complete production documentation and report equipment or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to document results by hand and using a computer.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required safety equipment.
