Our Client is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join their manufacturing team as a Production Operator / Machine Operator in Brown Summit, NC. Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will support stamp finishing operations by safely operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality production standards are met.
Essential Duties
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Operate stamp finishing equipment including:
- Coilers
- Packaging lines
- Cutters
- Related production machinery
- Feed and handle production materials
- Monitor equipment performance and production output
- Maintain production logs, downtime records, and required documentation
- Enter production data into the SERADEX ERP system
- Perform quality inspections and document non-conformances in the Intelex system
- Monitor ink jet numbering systems for proper operation
- Perform routine machine maintenance, blade changes, and equipment cleaning
- Assist with product inspection and quality verification
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Location: Brown Summit, NC
- Cell phones are strictly prohibited on the production floor
- Safety and quality standards are strictly enforced
- Felony convictions are not eligible for consideration
- Misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Candidates hired permanently by the client must successfully complete:
- Federal background check
- Credit check
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule
