Your Impact
Load/unload materials into machinery in line with documented specs.
Handle materials with care to protect product quality and equipment.
Watch machine status and promptly notify your supervisor of issues.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
Follow safety rules and site protocols without exception.
Track usage to support inventory accuracy and report shortages.
Partner with teammates to achieve output targets and deadlines.
What You Need
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail; follow instructions precisely.
Physical strength and endurance; able to lift heavy items as needed.
Team-first communication style.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
