Shift:Must be available to work a variable/flexible work schedule | Monday - Friday with some Saturdays (Shift could range from 6 AM - 5 PM OR 5 AM until finish)

Job Duties

• Inspect pre-shucked or mechanically shucked clams on a production line for defects and foreign materials.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (floor washdowns, product shoveling, salt tank refill) as required by production type and plant standards.
• Weigh and load product for storage or shipment.
• Perform checks and counts as required by quality standards.

Requirements

• Entry level
• No experience required!
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math

What You Will Do

As a Production Line Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Line Worker plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
