Production Line Worker - Early Morning Shift (1:00 AM Start)

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a production team that keeps things moving and standards high-especially during our early morning shift.
What You'll Do
This role is at the heart of our production process. You'll be responsible for:
- Filling, packing, and sealing products according to quality and production standards
- Monitoring product specs (weight, size, appearance) and catching issues early
- Communicating with leads or maintenance when something isn't right
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas throughout your shift
- Labeling, stacking, and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Washing utensils and handling full sanitation of production areas
- Assisting with line setup and breakdown between shifts
- Completing required paperwork accurately and on time
- Supporting overall food safety and sanitation standards
- Other job duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Spanish & English speaking is a plus
- Understanding of weights and measurements
- Ability to safely use tools, knives, and production equipment
- Willingness to follow GMPs and PPE requirements
Physical & Work Environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods (several hours at a time)
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- Exposure to typical food manufacturing conditions (flour dust, temperature changes, moderate noise)
- Work around common food allergens (dairy, nuts, soy, etc.)
- Ability to climb stairs and handle cleaning chemicals safely
