Your Impact
- Champion safety for yourself and teammates; immediately notify your supervisor or the safety team of any safety concern
- Run pre- and post-processing equipment by the book to produce high-quality glass
- Stage and feed raw materials to keep the line supplied
- Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts confidently and safely
- Execute periodic quality checks per established procedures
- Diagnose and resolve line or product quality issues
- Lead or participate in Kaizen events to improve flow, quality, and uptime
- Keep a crisp 5S work area—clean, organized, and visually controlled
- Handle minor maintenance tasks to prevent downtime
- Support job changes (changeovers) to meet production needs
- Model the AGC Way in teamwork, problem-solving, and customer focus
- Take on other duties or projects as assigned
What You Bring
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- 3–5+ years of factory experience
Schedule
3-2-2 pattern of 12-hour shifts.
