Your Impact

• Champion safety for yourself and teammates; immediately notify your supervisor or the safety team of any safety concern
• Run pre- and post-processing equipment by the book to produce high-quality glass
• Stage and feed raw materials to keep the line supplied
• Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts confidently and safely
• Execute periodic quality checks per established procedures
• Diagnose and resolve line or product quality issues
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events to improve flow, quality, and uptime
• Keep a crisp 5S work area—clean, organized, and visually controlled
• Handle minor maintenance tasks to prevent downtime
• Support job changes (changeovers) to meet production needs
• Model the AGC Way in teamwork, problem-solving, and customer focus
• Take on other duties or projects as assigned

What You Bring

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• 3–5+ years of factory experience

Schedule

3-2-2 pattern of 12-hour shifts.
