What You’ll Tackle

• Prepare, set up, and operate production equipment.
• Keep a constant watch on process controls and product quality.
• Handle routine equipment care and basic troubleshooting.
• Package and correctly label completed items for shipment.
• Maintain an organized, clutter-free, and safe workspace.
• Team up with coworkers to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Follow plant safety policies and best practices at all times.

What Helps You Succeed

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial.
