Your Impact
- Prepare finished goods for shipment by packing products into boxes in the correct configuration
- Spot defects quickly and alert a team lead to resolve quality concerns
- Keep your station stocked with essentials like boxes and tape so the line never slows
- Maintain a clean, orderly workspace
- Follow all safety practices and standard work instructions every shift

- Manufacturing experience preferred; strong communicator; comfortable sustaining a fast pace
Pay & Shifts
- $17.00/hour starting rate, plus a $1.00 shift differential
- Paid weekly
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Night Shift opportunities may also be available
Physical Realities of the Job
Success here means being comfortable in a manufacturing environment with frequent movement and repetitive tasks:
- Regular overhead reaching, squatting, and bending at the waist
- Lifting boxes from 0–50 lbs (line dependent)
- Climbing stairs repeatedly during a 12-hour shift
- Standing continuously up to 12 hours and walking extensively
- Working indoors in areas that may be excessively hot or cold
Required PPE and protective clothing (as applicable): safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat or bump cap, hair/beard net, and gloves.
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, and bend for the full shift
- Comfort with prolonged standing while performing job duties
- High manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
