    The role:

    As a Production Line Operator, you will help drive our goals by:

    • Inspecting, loading, packaging, labeling and boxing diesel catalyst products in line with production plans
    • Following all Johnson Matthey Health, Safety and Life Saving Policies, including electrical and mechanical isolation and safe operation of machinery
    • Visually inspecting products to identify defects, damage or non-conformance and ensuring correct segregation and traceability
    • Handling and maintaining accurate identification of parts, substrates, cartons and skids by lot number
    • Supporting production flow by completing assigned tasks from the Shift Supervisor or Process Control Engineer
    • Participating in housekeeping and 5S activities to maintain a safe, organized production environment

    Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
    • Ability to follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures and quality standards
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or deviations
    • Willingness to train and support new team members
