In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our cold storage processes, contributing to the quality and safety of our products. Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of products in a cold storage environment.
• Monitor temperature controls and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold storage area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
