Production Line Mechanic / Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Knoxville, TN 37919

• Location: On-Site Manufacturing Facility
• Pay: $21.00 - $22.75

We’re Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift!
 
We currently have three Line Mechanic I openings:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM–6:30 AM

 
KEEP PRODUCTION RUNNING:
We’re hiring Line Mechanics to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
If you have hands-on mechanical experience, enjoy figuring out why equipment isn’t working, and know how to get a production line back up and running, we want to hear from you.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Respond quickly to equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete equipment and production line changeovers
• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Prioritize repairs based on production needs
• Document downtime and production information
• Complete required quality and production paperwork
• Follow equipment, product, quality, GMP, food-safety, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate equipment issues with supervisors and team members
• Participate in required safety training

 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Required:

• At least 2+ years of machine troubleshooting and repair experience
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Equipment or production line changeover experience
