Production Line Lead
Location: Neenah, WI
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift - 1:45 PM-10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift - 7:45 PM-6:00 AM (M-Th)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Staffing Synergies is hiring a Production Line Lead to oversee operations and lead a team on a designated shift.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a production line team to ensure quality output.
- Inspect products regularly and maintain accurate documentation.
- Train and motivate line workers.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Uphold safety standards and company policies.
- Use WMS and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Minimum: High school diploma.
- Preferred: GED or 3+ years of warehouse/production experience.
Bonus Skills
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with GMP and 5S practices.
