Location: Cincinnati, OH

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM + overtime as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Printing or packaging experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of production and quality processes

Job Duties

• Lead and support production line employees to meet daily production goals
• Monitor workflow and ensure products meet quality standards
• Train and assist team members with production processes and procedures
• Coordinate line activities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to management
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Production Line Lead.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.

What You Will Do

As a Production Line Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
