Picture this: You arrive at our Mansfield, TX production facility ready to keep materials moving and finished goods flowing. As part of the Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. team, your shift is steady, your pay is weekly, and your impact is immediate.

On a typical shift, you’ll attach handles to empty 5-gallon buckets, snap lids securely in place, and check labels to ensure they’re printed correctly. You’ll build and stack pallets for shipment, help out across the production area, and keep your workspace clean and safe. When something needs doing, you jump in—because delivering quality on time is what you do.

Compensation & Schedule

• 1st Shift: $14.00 per hour | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: $15.00 per hour | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 2 Days On / 2 Days Off rotating schedule
• Full-Time with Weekly Pay

What You’ll Do

• Attach handles to empty 5-gallon buckets
• Install lids on completed buckets
• Inspect labels for correct printing
• Build and stack pallets
• Assist throughout the production area as needed
• Keep a clean, safe work environment
• Tackle additional general labor duties as assigned
