Position Summary:
Seeking a dependable, hands-on, Production Lead to help coordinate daily manufacturing activities and keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign daily tasks to production employees.
- Monitor production progress and daily output.
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Report production issues or delays to management.
- Assist with production work as needed.
Qualifications:- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lead a small team.
Pay Range, Depending on Experience: - $20.00 per hour to $22.99 per hour
Schedule Range:- 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
