Description
Via Seating is hiring a Production Lead to support our Supervisors in their direction of 8 - 30 employees on our 1st Shift team! If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends—this could be a great fit. All Production Lead positions are non-safety sensitive positions.
Job Responsibilities
Our Production Leads are trained in the daily planning and fulfillment of Production Schedules and to assist in the measurement of Cycle Times and sustain Standard Work Processes. In addition to being able to train and mentor employees under them, they need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort.
