Schedule: Night shift | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule | 5:45pm–6:00am

What You'll Do as a Production Lead:- Lead and train temporary employees while communicating effectively with team members
- Monitor production activities to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and productivity goals are met
- Troubleshoot equipment and processes to help minimize downtime and maintain peak efficiency
- Perform required product and process testing and assist with production documentation and daily reporting
- Monitor assigned inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the warehouse
- Maintain proper sanitation and track chemicals and concentrations used in the assigned area
- Follow company safety requirements and GMPs while supporting continuous process improvements
What You Need to Bring to the Production Lead Role:- 2–3 years of experience in a high-speed production environment preferred, but not required
- Previous lead or management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively direct, train, and lead employees
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces and regularly bend and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work around noise, dust, production chemicals, and varying temperatures and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
