Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations in Joplin, MO. This leadership role is responsible for guiding production team members, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the facility.

The ideal Production Lead has manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
2+ years of manufacturing experience REQUIRED
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Forklift experience REQUIRED(certification available if needed)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate, train, and support team members
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and support production team members to meet daily production goals
Coordinate workflow, staffing assignments, and production priorities
Monitor equipment operation and ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
Train, mentor, and support employees on production processes and safety standards
Step into production roles as needed to maintain workflow and productivity
Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and production challenges
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout production operations
Support continuous improvement initiatives and team development
Work Environment
Manufacturing and production environment
Exposure to production equipment, forklifts, machinery, and industrial operations
Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation
