Ensure all team members are fully trained in their respective roles and responsibilities. Personally communicate expectations to team members and hold them accountable for their performance. Address and resolve instances of non-standard work promptly and effectively. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively engaging and developing employees to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify and address safety concerns to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Investigate and identify root causes for customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence. Lead by example, promoting a positive workplace culture characterized by teamwork, respect, and professionalism. Communicate business updates and directives to the team in a clear and professional manner. Report work results, concerns, and improvement ideas to senior management, contributing to overall organizational improvement. Provide support and backup to team members and colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Perform any other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the production department. Qualificationsarrow_right High school diploma or GED required. Previous leadership experience preferred. Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word. Ability to become Green Belt certified. Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees effectively. Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
