Schedule: 1st Shift / 1er Turno

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented production picker/packer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will accurately label and mark products, measure and weigh materials, inspect items for quality assurance, and record essential order information. Your responsibilities will include sealing containers, loading products into processing equipment, and preparing cartons for shipment, all while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Mark and label products with accuracy.
• Measure and weigh materials to specifications.
• Inspect items to ensure compliance with packaging standards.
• Record order information accurately.
• Seal containers using appropriate tools.
• Load products into processing equipment.
• Prepare cartons for shipment.
• Follow safety procedures and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Meet production quotas and quality expectations.
• Operate packaging and labeling tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and stock organization as needed.
• Support team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work the 1st shift / 1er Turno.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and measuring.
• Basic recording and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, production, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with processing or shipping procedures.

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Packaging tools and sealing equipment
• Measuring scales and weighing instruments
• Labeling devices
• Material loading and handling equipment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Work within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Use of PPE as required.
