Production Helper

About the Role
Five Star Bath Solutions of Southern Pennsylvania is looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Helper to support our installation crews and help manage materials at our York, PA warehouse. This is a part-time role for someone who works hard, stays organized, and is consistently reliable.


What You’ll Do
•  Help installers with demolition, material handling, jobsite setup, cleanup, and basic installation support.
•  Load, unload, move, and stage tubs, wall panels, shower bases, fixtures, tools, and other construction materials.
•  Pick up freight and materials, receive and organize shipments, and keep the York warehouse clean and orderly.
•  Run materials, tools, and supplies to jobsites when needed.
•  Follow directions, work safely, and help the team keep jobs moving.

What We Need From You
•  Dependable attendance. If you are scheduled to work, we need you to show up on time and ready to work.
•  A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This job requires travel to our warehouse, jobsites, and local suppliers/freight terminals.
•  Physical ability to safely lift, carry, load, and maneuver bulky construction materials throughout the workday.
•  A team-first attitude: take direction, pitch in where needed, respect customers’ homes, and do not leave work for someone else.
•  Basic comfort with hand/power tools and construction or warehouse work is preferred, but reliability and willingness to learn matter more.

Schedule & Area
Part-time, primarily weekday daytime hours. Work is based from York, PA and supports projects throughout Central and Southern Pennsylvania.
