We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to oversee our night shift operations and help drive performance, safety, and team success on the production floor. What You’ll Do You’ll lead a team of 15+ employees in a dynamic extrusion manufacturing environment, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality. - Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve production goals
- Set daily priorities and ensure clear communication across shifts and departments
- Balance safety, quality, productivity, and morale to drive strong results
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operations
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials teams
- Handle employee relations, including coaching, feedback, and issue resolution
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and timecards
- Conduct accident investigations and reinforce safety standards
- Ensure all production and employee documentation is completed accurately
What You Bring - 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in real time
- A hands-on leadership style—you’re comfortable being on the floor with your team
- Ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
- Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience is a plus
Bilingual Advantage - Spanish/English bilingual skills are a strong plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce is highly valued and will set you apart as a leader

Schedule - This is a night shift leadership role with a consistent 12-hour rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- This schedule provides built-in extended time off between rotations.
