Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Directly supervises production employees, welders, fabricators, assemblers, machine operators, and other manufacturing personnel.
Supporting production supervisor to meet production and safety standards
Direct responsibility for all employee time tracking, payroll reporting and approval
Ensure production material systems are functioning properly
Provides leadership, coaching, training, and performance management.
Assists with employee development, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
Supervise daily production activities and shop personnel.
Assign work and monitor productivity to meet production schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.
Train, coach, and support production employees.
