    Your mission

    Guide a production team to produce safely, efficiently, and consistently. Keep quality tight, keep schedules on track, and keep communication clear.

    What success looks like

    • Coaching in action: You develop production teams and Assistant Supervisors with feedback, training, and recognition.
    • Numbers that matter: Throughput up, waste and downtime down—because you eliminate obstacles and refine processes.
    • Uncompromising standards: Food safety, product quality, and GMP compliance are non-negotiable.
    • Smart coverage: You manage staffing plans, schedules, attendance, and daily task flow.
    • Strong culture: Accountability, open communication, and teamwork define the shift.
    • Aligned operations: Quality, Maintenance, Production, and Shipping move in sync to meet commitments.

    Bring these strengths

    • Supervisory experience in manufacturing; food production exposure is a plus.
    • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving chops.
    • Comfort leading on the floor in a high-velocity environment.
    • Background in workforce scheduling, staffing, and team development.
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.
    • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
