    • Are you comfortable troubleshooting on the fly, coordinating repairs, and securing resources to keep lines moving?

    Impact you will make

    • Drive daily output by leading teams across assembly, test, and pack-out
    • Confirm every build follows assembly instructions, parts lists, and correct tooling/materials
    • Validate that finished units meet specifications and required codes per Work Instructions
    • Partner with other departments to keep priorities synchronized
    • Set production goals and consistently meet them
    • Triage and resolve assembly issues; escalate for additional resources as needed
    • Track performance and report production results to site leadership
    • Hire, train, and cross-train to create a flexible workforce
    • Champion a safe, clean, 5S-aligned workplace
    • Identify and document quality and efficiency improvements
    • Pitch in across work areas during absences or staff shortages

    What we’re looking for

    • Minimum 3 years in production operations/processes (LEAN, 5S, Process Improvement)
    • Prior supervisory or lead responsibility
    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
