    Job Title:Maintenance Mechanic II

    Location:Minnetonka, MN 55345

    Shift:2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

    Overtime:Available (Fridays and Saturdays as needed)

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic II to support manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skills, basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge, and experience performing preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and support production goals.

    Candidates with experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing, medical device, or other regulated industries are highly preferred.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment and production systems.
    • Complete scheduled maintenance work orders using CMMS systems.
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
    • Perform equipment repairs and restore machinery to proper operating conditions.
    • Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
    • Maintain equipment reliability through routine inspections and maintenance activities.
    • Follow maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and controlled documentation.
    • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues accurately.
    • Collaborate with engineering and automation teams when troubleshooting equipment problems.
    • Follow GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements within a controlled manufacturing environment.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
    • Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
    • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
    • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
    • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
    • Ability to read and follow technical documentation and maintenance procedures.
    • Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
    Education:
    • Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
    • Trade school certification, technical diploma, or equivalent hands-on training accepted.
    • Bachelor's degree candidates with relevant maintenance experience considered.
