We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our production team as a Fabricator/Cast Line Operator. If you like tangible work, take pride in quality, and want to learn skills that last a lifetime, this is your shot.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8 shifts (5:00 AM–1:00 PM or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM)

COMPENSATION $23.75/hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reading drawings and blueprints to determine parts and weld placement
  • Assembling parts using manual and tool-assisted methods, including flashing and brazing
  • Operating hand and power tools (drills, saws, tape measures, etc.)
  • Working with castable materials and assisting with masonry work and tending
  • Operating a forklift (we'll train you)
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Bringing ideas to the table — big or small — to improve process, safety, and efficiency
  • Pitching in wherever your supervisor needs an extra hand

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanically inclined with a knack for tools and hands-on tasks
  • Comfortable using measuring tools like calipers, steel rules, and tape measures (or willing to learn)
  • Solid basic math skills
  • Clear communication in English, spoken and written
  • Industrial experience is a plus — but not required for temporary roles

Physical Requirements

This is an active, physical role. You should be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods and perform sustained physical exertion
  • Lift, push, and pull objects (minimum 50 lbs regularly)
  • Squat, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
  • Work in a variety of positions and weather conditions
