SALARY: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

LOCATION: TIGARD, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Onsite
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Monitor materials and work orders as they move through the manufacturing process.

  • Track expedited and high-priority jobs to ensure they remain on schedule.

  • Partner with production managers to identify delays, material constraints, and workflow issues.

  • Evaluate expedite requests and communicate how changes could affect existing production schedules.

  • Coordinate between production, planning, project management, and sales to provide clear job-status updates.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial assembly.

  • Experience tracking production jobs, materials, work orders, or manufacturing schedules.

  • Experience working with metal or plastic manufacturing processes.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles in a low-volume manufacturing environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position works in both a professional office setting and an active manufacturing environment with machinery noise and plastic chips. Safety glasses and hearing protection may be required in designated areas. Position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
