Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment: Full-Time
• Shifts: 2nd & 3rd

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee production and packaging machinery for consistent throughput.
• Execute basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Complete production forms and documentation accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning and safety/condition checks.
• Meet or exceed quality, safety, and production benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred; food production exposure is advantageous.
• Mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting ability.
• Strong teamwork skills with the capacity to work independently.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and safety-oriented.
