Description
Join a growing team where your work makes a real difference! As a Production/Equipment Operator 1, you will help assemble high-quality medical devices that support patient care and improve lives. In a clean room, and team-oriented environment, you'll use your attention to detail and hands-on skills to build products that meet the highest quality standards.
Available Shift:
- Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:40pm
- Weekend Friday to Sunday 6am - 6:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/ hour
- Assemble medical devices by following instructions and work orders.
- Set up and verify materials at the start of the day and between jobs.
- Follow quality and safety procedures and complete required paperwork.
- Clean and organize workstations before and between work orders.
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Arrive on time and work the full scheduled shift.
- Assist with other duties as needed.

- Work is mainly done while seated, with some walking required.
- Assemble small parts and complete detailed tasks.
- Use hand tools such as pliers and cutters.
- Perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
- Use microscopes or magnification equipment for inspections.
- Inspect products for defects, with or without corrective lenses.
- Occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Work under standard overhead lighting.
- Stay focused and maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
