A day in this role

When your 12-hour shift begins—whether at sunrise or under the shop lights—you’ll take charge of a production line that depends on your steady rhythm and attention to detail. You’ll start by reviewing work instructions, checking your station’s readiness, and confirming that safety and quality checkpoints are in place. As the line runs, you’ll monitor machines, fine-tune settings, and keep a close eye on product quality. Finished goods you’ve helped produce are then packaged, labeled, and prepared to ship—on time and to spec. Throughout the day, you’ll communicate issues, collaborate with teammates, and keep the area clean and organized.

Where you’ll work & what you’ll earn

• Locations: Latrobe, Greensburg, and Export, PA
• Pay: $15.25 – $18.50 per hour (varies by location and assignment)

Schedule built for balance

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 rotation: Work 2 days, take 2 days off, then work 3 days; the pattern alternates weekly so you regularly enjoy multiple days off.

What you’ll do

• Operate and closely monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and defects.
• Package, label, and stage completed products for shipment.
• Track process conditions and promptly report equipment or quality concerns.
• Follow all standard work, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Partner with teammates to hit production deadlines.
