Job Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of materials, dies, plates, and consumable supplies before running production jobs
- Operate production equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues and provide immediate corrective action
- Identify equipment failures, troubleshoot when possible, or communicate with maintenance teams and vendors for support
- Perform routine preventative maintenance duties on equipment
- Use tools and assist with the operation of factory machinery
- Monitor products for quality issues and report defective products or equipment malfunctions
- Keep manufacturing areas clean, organized, and free of debris
- Perform stripping of materials as projects require
- Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, packing, strapping, and securing materials

- Ability to use hand tools and work with manufacturing equipment

- Good communication, listening, and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
