    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a technically skilled and analytical ProductionEngineer to champion manufacturing design projects for our clients. These production-ready designs will drive process optimization, production scalability, and technical problem-solving across our manufacturing operation. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between product design and production execution, focusing on the application of engineering principles to improve overall operational efficiency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Model signage packages from conceptual design through to production-ready bills of materials and complete shop drawings.
    • BIM Modeling
    • Utilize out-of-the-box thinking to create manufacturable designs which leverage the skills of our team, previous experiences, best practice engineering principles, and intuition.
    • Collaborate with design to ensure manufacturability of all products.
    • Provide feedback to the estimating and design teams with ideas to reduce costs while increasing manufacturing output.
    • Create deliverables ensuring production packages can be built quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality and safety.
    • Evaluate materials, tolerances, and component specifications to ensure compliance with product and process requirements.
    • Bring a can-do attitude towards new projects looking for ways to reduce installation time and potential avenues for error through the design process.

    Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Process Engineering (or closely related field) preferred.
    • 5+ years of hands-on engineering and design experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
    • Deep understanding of process design, manufacturing systems, and production-scale engineering challenges.
    • Proficient in SolidWorks, with a deep knowledge of proper drawing and drafting methodologies.
    • Process and team-oriented personality with the desire to embrace change and challenge the status quo.
    • Keen sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks based on overall time to delivery
    • Solid knowledge of manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
    • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

    · Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
