Production Engineer
Pay Range: $70,000 to $120,000 DOE + Profit Sharing + Robust Benefits

How you’ll spend your time as a Production Engineer:
- Track and improve quality, production, and operational KPIs.
- Lead root cause analysis and countermeasures for recurring production issues.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on PLCs, controls, and automation.
- Design and document production processes, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Design tooling, fixtures, and test equipment, including robotic welding fixtures.
- Apply statistical analysis and DOE to reduce process variation.
- Build dashboards and automation tools using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
- Support new product introductions into production.
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain on challenges.
- Train and support operators, technicians, and production staff.
- Drive Kaizens and continuous improvement projects to cut cost and improve safety.
Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a Production Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Production, manufacturing, or process engineering experience in high volume or high tech settings.
- Strong background in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Practical experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and controls integration.
- Tooling and fixture design experience, including robotic welding applications.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI, VBA, or similar tools.
- Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD and mechanical and electrical design principles.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
