Job Description
Develop and produce digital and print assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to refine designs and meet project objectives. Prepare and finalize files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines. Adapt and revise designs based on team feedback and project requirements. Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Designer should have: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with production processes for both digital and print media. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of design trends and best practices within the FMCG industry. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
