JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Operations Management: Take overall charge of the manufacturing management of oil & gas well control equipment (special equipment), formulate and implement production plans, capacity planning and resource allocation, and be accountable for delivery, output, cost and production safety results;
Production Process & Equipment Management: Organize process and workflow management for key operations including large vertical lathes, gantry machining centers, horizontal lathes, boring & milling machines and cutting tools, and continuously optimize machining processes and operating standards;
Raw Material & Material Treatment Management: Coordinate the selection and performance control of high-performance special forgings (4130, 42CrMo, 35CrMo, 4140, 410, 718, G18CrMn, duplex/super nickel-based stainless steel, etc.), and organize the implementation of heat treatment, sulfide and sour-service corrosion protection, and special metal surface treatment processes such as phosphating, carburizing & nitriding, HVOF spraying, QPQ and DLC;
Inspection & Testing Management: Organize the equipment, process and acceptance criteria management for inspection operations including tensile, impact, hardness, CMM, metallographic and non-destructive testing (MT, PT, UT), as well as water tightness, gas tightness and high/low temperature testing, ensuring product quality meets requirements;
Special Process, Assembly & Coating Management: Manage special processes such as welding, overlay welding, spraying and surface treatment, assembly processes such as shrink fitting, cold fitting, mechanical and hydraulic pulling and clearance and dimension adjustment, and coating processes under oil & gas specific coating standards for onshore, offshore and subsea environments, including film thickness and cross-cut/pull-off adhesion tests;
Quality System & Standard Management: Implement the API Q1 quality system and the API 6A, API 16C, API 16A and API 16RCD product manufacturing and quality control standards, as well as ASME and NACE material standards and the manufacturing specifications for corrosion cracking resistance of metallic and non-metallic materials under high/low temperature and sour environments; manage the certification of lifting slings, lifting lugs and other key components and structures under CCS, BV and DNV 2.7.1;
Team Building & Talent Management: Build and develop the production team and manage talent cultivation and performance evaluation to improve professional capability and execution efficiency;
Production General Support: Coordinate with R&D, quality, procurement, sales and delivery functions to ensure smooth R&D-production-sales linkage; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Education & Major: Bachelor''s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Metal Materials, Petroleum Engineering, or related majors; for candidates with outstanding performance in materials or oil & gas equipment, the academic requirement may be relaxed to a college diploma.
2.Industry & Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the manufacturing and management of oil & gas well control equipment (special equipment), with solid knowledge of the full manufacturing process.
3.Professional Skills:
3.1 Materials & Heat Treatment: Familiar with the performance characteristics of high-performance special forgings (4130, 42CrMo, 35CrMo, 4140, 410, 718, G18CrMn, duplex/super nickel-based stainless steel, etc.) used for oil & gas well control equipment; proficient in heat treatment, sulfide and sour-service corrosion protection, and special metal surface treatment processes such as phosphating, carburizing & nitriding, HVOF spraying, QPQ and DLC, together with their supporting manufacturing process requirements;
3.2 Standards: Familiar with the API Q1 quality system and the API 6A, API 16C, API 16A and API 16RCD quality control and product manufacturing standards, as well as the ISO 9001 quality management system, ASME and NACE material standards and the manufacturing specifications for corrosion cracking resistance of metallic and non-metallic materials under high/low temperature and sour environments, with relevant working experience;
3.3 Production, Inspection & Testing: Experience in process and workflow management of large vertical lathes, gantry machining centers, horizontal lathes, boring & milling machines and cutting tools, as well as in equipment and process management of tensile, impact, hardness, CMM, metallographic and non-destructive testing (MT, PT, UT), water tightness, gas tightness and high/low temperature testing;
3.4 Special Processes & Assembly: Experience in managing special processes such as welding, overlay welding, spraying and surface treatment, and assembly processes such as shrink fitting, cold fitting, mechanical and hydraulic pulling and clearance and dimension adjustment;
3.5 Coating & Lifting: Familiar with oil & gas specific coating standards and onshore/offshore/subsea coating requirements, paint composition, coating processes, cross-cut and pull-off adhesion tests, film thickness and zinc-rich components, and with the certification management of lifting slings, lifting lugs and other key components and structures under CCS, BV and DNV 2.7.1.
4.General Skills: Able to read and understand English technical standards and drawings (e.g., API, ASME, NACE), with the necessary capability to handle English technical documentation.
