Production Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $28/hr - $30/hr
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Production Coordinator with 3+ years of apparel and fashion production experience to support production tracking, vendor communication, order follow-up, and on-time delivery. Strong hands-on experience with A2000 is required. This is a seasonal opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent position.
Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator:- Manage apparel production and order follow-up using A2000.
- Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Follow up on production issues, shipping, testing, inspections, and compliance.
- Monitor order status and delivery schedules.
- Support communication with overseas factories and vendors.
Required Experience/Skills for the Production Coordinator:- 3+ years of apparel and fashion production experience.
- Strong hands-on A2000 experience is required.
- Experience coordinating with factories and vendors.
- Production follow-up and order tracking experience.
- Knowledge of shipping and delivery schedules.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Production Coordinator:- Experience with retail or private-label accounts.
- Experience working with overseas factories and vendors.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred but not required.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
