Harvest and Production Coordination:Coordinate with harvest and production crews on daily sales ordersCreate Productions in AS400Partner with sales to coordinate order fulfillmentKPIs: Order fulfillment, credits related to order accuracy2. Logistics and Shipping Coordination:Coordinate routing and delivery lanes in AS400Manage BOL and verify accuracyArrange local, over road, and air transportationUpdate sales orders with airfreight costs and update sales ordersCommunicate with drivers and productionKPIs: freight costs, supply chain throughput3. Customer Service and Support:Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery, and other sales status updatesAssist with recall and other supply chain issues as needed4. Backfill Office Duties as Needed:Assist warehouse, production, and farm teams with labels and inventory, as needed.
