    Description

    Amazon Studios is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Production Coordinator to support our growing Animated Originals Production Department.

    The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task; have the ability to complete departmental administrative projects; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; and monitor and manage multiple projects/productions from setup through wrap.

    The role requires a candidate with a professional manner who can effectively work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders at the studio and show level.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Organize production documents (e.g., contracts, calendars, reports and schedules) across the studio network.
    • Act as liaison to External Production Partners as well as Internal Amazon Studios stakeholders
    • Attend important production events including weekly business review meetings, production calls, table reads, records, etc.
    • Assist and facilitate general requests and communications to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures from pre-production through wrap.
    • Manage and track production wrap deliverables
    • Assist Production Team with administrative tasks including but not limited to: travel arrangements, meeting requests and scheduling
