Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is hiring a Production Control Specialist for a manufacturing operation in Pryor, OK. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to support efficient resource utilization, on-time delivery, and consistent quality standards.

The Production Control Specialist serves as a central point of communication between production, purchasing, inventory, engineering, and customer service. This role helps ensure production plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned with operational goals.
Responsibilities

• 
  Assist with planning and scheduling daily and weekly production activities.
  
• 
  Coordinate production priorities based on customer demand, available materials, staffing, and capacity.
  
• 
  Monitor production schedules and identify potential delays or resource constraints.
  
• 
  Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to appropriate departments.
  
• 
  Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to help ensure required materials are available.
  
• 
  Track material flow and production progress throughout the manufacturing process.
  
• 
  Work with production, engineering, customer service, and other departments to resolve scheduling or material issues.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate production records, schedules, reports, and related documentation.
  
• 
  Review production information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  
• 
  Assist with adjusting production plans when priorities, material availability, or customer requirements change.
  
• 
  Help support on-time completion and delivery of production orders.
  
• 
  Perform additional production-control and administrative duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• 
  Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material flow in a manufacturing environment.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business software.
  
• 
  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
