    How you'll deliver

    1. Translate customer demand and plant capacity into actionable daily and weekly production schedules.
    2. Partner with production, purchasing, maintenance, and customer service to line up materials and resources.
    3. Monitor execution and rapidly re-plan to accommodate downtime, material gaps, or shifting priorities.
    4. Ensure ERP/MRP accuracy across work orders, BOMs, inventory transactions, and production data.
    5. Interrogate production metrics, inventory levels, and capacity to expose inefficiencies and drive improvement.
    6. Publish Excel-based reports that inform planning and operational decisions.
    7. Lead clear communication in daily production meetings to keep teams aligned.

    What you bring

    • 1–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to production planning, scheduling, materials, production control, or supply chain.
    • Proven ability with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, IFS, or similar).
    • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, with strong data analysis skills.
    • Outstanding organization, analytical thinking, and communication.
    • Highly preferred: hands-on support of production schedules, material planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
