Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support manufacturing operations in Pryor, OK. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, tracking materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring production workflows remain on schedule.

The ideal Production Control Coordinator has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, inventory control, scheduling, or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and update production schedules and work orders
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability for production
Track production progress and provide status updates to supervisors and management
Prepare and distribute job orders, schedules, and production reports
Communicate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and inventory teams
Enter and maintain accurate data in production tracking systems
Ensure materials and components are available to support production schedules
Identify and report delays, shortages, or production issues that may impact delivery timelines
Assist with inventory counts, audits, and recordkeeping activities
Maintain organized and accurate production documentation
Support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Inventory control or production scheduling experience
ERP, MRP, or production tracking system experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout office and production areas as needed
Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods
Ability to occasionally lift files, materials, or documentation as needed
