    Description

    Production Control Coordinator

    Our TTC facility in Newtown, PA is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join our team.

    The Associate Production Control Coordinator supports production planning, material coordination and schedules execution activities. This entry-level role assists in ensuring production orders, materials, and work center schedules are aligned to meet customer delivery commitments, quality standards, and operational objectives.

    Location: Newtown, PA

    Wage Range: $23.50 - $27.00 per hour

    Your Challenge:

    • Supports daily production scheduling and coordination activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans. (25%)
    • Assists in the daily planning movement of hardware products through manufacturing, inspection, test and shipping areas to meet established delivery schedules. Assists with the maintenance of inventory control of materials received and distributed through the manufacturing shop. Issues materials from inventory to jobs. (25%)
    • Compiles and releases prepared manufacturing documentation, including work orders, operation sheets and design documentation to the production floor. (25%)
    • Reviews production reports and identifies discrepancies, delays, or bottlenecks requiring escalation. (25%)

    What you Bring:

    • Basic understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing operations.
    • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
